Refining Cognitive Skills of Cabin Crew Trainees using Quizizz in Chennai Region

Abstract

Communication plays a significant role among the learners as it paves the way for effective results with appropriate methodology. As the number of passengers using air travel has seen paradigm shift in the post-pandemic times, there’s a dire need to develop one’s cognitive skills as it lays the foundation for the smooth travel experience for the aviation trainees like Air Traffic Controllers, Pilots and Flight Attendants. These professionals have close rapport with the passengers as they make the travel experience memorable by providing comfort and safety with their effective cognitive skills. This paper deals with the enhancing of cognitive skills of the aviation trainees especially for the flight attendants who have been associated with the passengers more than other professionals. The cabin crews were trained in the classroom with the perception on improving their learning abilities while incorporating Quizizz into their learning. This research brings out the results of Quizizz and its role in their improvement of the learning skills of Aviation professionals in the Chennai region.
