Abstract

This study presents research conducted on the effect of implementing video technology on the communication skill development of rural engineering students. The inspection of patterns of use, tools’ worth and the influence on people will be among the things the campaign will be pursuing in order to solve the problem of accessibility and technical ability. In the research, it is concluded that the use of video technology is widespread, and the selected application is Microsoft Teams, in order to engage in skills development. Indeed, such issues and subjective views challenge its focus on effectiveness. The study draws the pattern of integrating video technology with engineering education in rural areas which essentially aims to address the communication skills gap and add more opportunities to learn in rural areas.
